"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"The accommodation was basic but clean and had everything you need. The village was well kept and had lots of nice features with a nice atmosphere. Some staff were rude at times, but the majority was helpful and very pleasant. Taxis were a nightmare to get and the village was quite far from the main town."

"It's a 45 euro cab ride from the Florence airport, but it's so much better than staying in the city!. First of all, Florence traffic and tourism is a bit bonkers, so when you see people lugging their suitcases over cobblestone streets while hundreds of people flow past them every minute and cars zip & squeeze down the streets, you can be glad you got a cabin here, got to park by your door, had the all-you-can eat breakfast, 24-hour laundry, large store for everything from games to wine to meat...

"The chalet was well equipped and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal in the restaurant on site where again the staff were very friendly. A lovely three night stay. "

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"Was a lovely stay, convient and close to public transport links. Very clean with both air con and heating as needed (which we did- the nights get cold in April). Staff were really pleasant and funny and overall everything was great value :)"

"The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"We had a beautiful stay at camping Internazionale. The pool was wonderful and the house and camping were great. Too bad the swimming pool opened only at 10 a.m. and closed already at 7 p.m. Animation team was great!"

"Mobile home was still new and clean - reasonably well equipped - surrounding nice and quiet - friendly and helpful reception staff - convenient parking next to mobile home No WiFi/internet - only (poor) connection in one place (reception/restaurant) - only 2 washing and 1 drying machine available - mobile home small for 4 people "

"I liked the style of the property but I could hear the neighbours and everything outside through the walls. There was no proper insulation. You need golf carts to take the vistors to their respective rooms especially if they are of old age and cannot walk the whole way. This should not be a privilige"

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...

"Our stay was pleasant, the bungalow was nicely prepared with towels and bed linen. The AC was much needed and glad it was part of our package. The new pool was amazing and food options around (we had a car) was not bad either. What we didn't like is that we had to deal with an ants problem. We broomed tiny left over food bits and sprayed them a couple of times and it was ok - the management could make sure this happens regularly! The entertainment was not great for non toddlers or adults....

"Overall it was a good stay. The only problem was that the bedding provided was a very thin bed cover and we were all quite cold overnight."
