Great location, you can get a Gondola right from the hotel and the bar looks out onto the canal. Very close to the major Venice attractions. Our room was pleasant and also had a view of the gondola busy canal . Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful.

The hotel was great. Lovely helpful staff. Great location in San Marco and right next to gondola service. Only downside was a hard bed but this was promptly sorted out when mentioned to the staff. Definitely 5/5.

The staff were without exception, kind and helpful. The property is right on the parking area for the gondolas. We were able to get a drink and sit outside and watch them all. The room was small, but very functional and well maintained. Out of all the cities in Italy, throughout all my visits, this was my favorite hotel. I will be back! Amazing stay.

Staff fabulous and an outstanding location great size rooms. Breakfast was good. Bed terrible and was obviously broken at base. Whole bed was on a lean and pillows large but not soft so had 3 nights of awful/no sleep. Bed should have been replaced as it was very obviously broken.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful! Yes, the rooms, amenities, and breakfast was excellent. But, I can't sat enough about the excellence of the staff. *my husband was having severe pain in his hips and trouble getting his suitcase up and across the bridge. One of the managers said "don't worry, and sent a porter to pick up his suitcase and bring it to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Very nicely appointed hotel right behind St. Mark's Square. I reserved a canal room view (not the Grand Canal) where gondolas came and went. Loved that. Very nice room. Breakfast came with the room which was very nice, and to wind down the day at their bar overlooking the gondolas was lovely.
