"A nice marina based hotel which has a close proximity to the old town and the national park. Very polite staff which facilitated an early check-in and a takeaway breakfast due to my early flight. "

"The hotel is a basic 3 star hotel conveniently situated to the town centre. The staff speak reasonable English. The room was basic but did have air con and a small fridge. There is a small swimming pool on the roof with 8 or so sun loungers. Breakfast is a bit non plus but edible. 4 stars rather than 5 as one day we had no hot water in the morning."

"Other guests are out till late and come back rowdy, shouting, and throwing up! Not something you want to be listening too while you try to sleep! Happens till roughly 5am so make sure you have a little drink to help you sleep 😂 nothing to be expected of considering the bars are out side! The music goes on till late but the rooms quietened down once you close the doors and windows! "

"The property had a lot of common areas that were spacious and easy to meet up with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, We had dinner at the restaurant and it was great! Love the history preserved in the building!"

"The only thing I can find fault with is this. The house is advertised as a B&B but I was asked to pay for breakfast upon arrival 10 Euros. I prefered to walk to the marina for a restaurant breakfast"

"Lovely architecture blending an old palace with ultra modern rooms and an infinity pool. The breakfast offers an extensive and delicious options. Dinner menu was varied and sophisticated. Highly recommended for a visit"

When I rang the bell at the front door I wasn’t sure I was at the right place - then I walked inside and the world changed. History, class, comfort and service, all at a very affordable price."

"A nice stay in this hotel, which was a good base to explore Albufeira and around. The property is a little bit tired, but the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the spa was functional (though closing at 6pm is a bit early) and the staff were friendly, particularly Cristiano at reception who gave us excellent local recommendations throughout our stay and was always a friendly face."
