"Lovely accommodation set in an outstanding peaceful location, villa was decorated and finished to a very high standard, pool area was very spacious with lots of room, all staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay, on site restaurant was lovely and relaxing with a nice sea view, always well looked after by Paulo and the rest of the team, breakfast was also lovely with lots of choice."

Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive

"This place is amazing FOR FAMILIES! If you can't have a great family holiday here there really is something wrong with you... not the hotel. It's spotless, endless activities, wonderful pools including a quiet/no music/inflatables pool. There is different theme for food ever night with reliable basics to go with it. Nothing is too much trouble. The kids entertainment team is like from another planet, they clearly love their job and go above and beyond everyday. The spa is great and very reasonably priced. This was our 2nd trip and certainly won't be our last. The pool is 23c.... if that's too cold it's your issue... it's 30c air temp. Our room was cleaned daily, big spacious and well maintained rooms. Our safe battery had run out, fixed within an hour. It's definitely not for people wanting a quiet/child free trip.... it's called 'Jupiter family fun' "

"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator.
All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4.
The lady at reception was very pleasant.
Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "
