"We were looking for great beaches and decided on the Algarve - Albuferia as our base. Albuferia is an amazing place - but it is party central at night, so location is important. Bayview Apts is in a great location. Minutes to just about anything. Right near the tunnel to the gorgeous beach. Barely any noise at nighty. Located on the 1st floor gives you a nice patio with direct access to the pool. Bed was comfy. Past reviews complain about the sofa - it has been replaced. Didn't really cook,...

"María Jose from the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She did our upgraded and give us the tickets for the welcome drinks. I lost my sunglasses and she found it for me: she was awesome!!!! It really makes a difference when you find someone willing to help and made recommendations. I will come back to this hotel just for her!"

"The hotel is in a great location on top of the cliffs with easy access to a beautiful beach 2 mins walk away. The whole hotel is lovely, rooms, pools etc. we did notice one of the restaurants in the hotel was shut but there were restaurants within walking distance if you didn’t mind a 29 min walk otherwise it would be very limited dining. The old town is a free bus ride away but it’s a 25 min walk as it only runs 3 times a day. Here you will find the ‘party’ if you wanted it, it’s lovely in day...

"Lovely rooms, we had a 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely superb. Restaurant on site serves great food and there was entertainment couple times a week. Located in the quiet area of Sesmarias, with a few restaurants nearby. Nearest beach 10 mins walk. Albufeira marina 15 mins walk. Old town Albufeira 10 min taxi, 4km away."
