Amazing hotel right in the centre of Alberferia and really quiet even though it's situation so close to the action. Lovely and clean and the addition of coffee pods and courtesy water bottle is a great touch.

Good basic hotel but extremely noisy, especially at night as it’s in the centre of the old town and you can hear all the clubs, bars and party-goers screaming and shouting. It’s definitely not a place to stay if you want to get any sleep! Also the walls are paper/thin you can hear everything between the walls which again will wake you up. However the location is good if you want easy access to the old town, bars, clubs and restaurants.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, the hotel wasn’t on the beach but just a couple of minutes away, virtually next door to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Taxis, parking right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Baltum hotel in Albufeira. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. A special shout to Thaynara, at the reception desk, who took the initiative to move us to a quieter room. It made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet was very good. The food selection was varied and always fresh. We also loved the design, food and vibe of the restaurant “Ricco”.

This hotel was in the perfect location right in the heart of the historical district. It is a bit loud at night because of its location. But the staff were excellent. The breakfast was great and it was a 30 second walk to the beach.

The staff were very accommodating, the hotel room was spotless and was cleaned everyday throughout our trip. The location is right on the Old Town strip so very convenient for getting around, would highly recommend.

Stayed in a double room. The beds were comfortable and the wardrobe had lots of room except we only got 4 hangers between the 2’of us. Asked for more hangers and never got them. They were stingy with the toilet paper to the point we had to hide a roll just so we had enough. There is no room to place your suitcase, like a small bench, so we had to leave it in the doorway. Shower was a good size and the water pressure was excellent. The hot tub was gross and tiny but the view from the terrace was beautiful. Ask for a room not facing the path to all the restaurants. Gets loud and doesn’t stop until 3:30 am. Breakfast was excellent. A little slow to restock but tasted great and good selection. Ricco’s restaurant was excellent. The pizza was so good. Loved the take-away pizza area. When you’re lounging at the beach, run over to grab a pizza in a box and go back to eat it on the sand. The staff were very nice and always greeted you, morning and evening. Also, Uber and Bolt drivers can’t bring you to the front door of the hotel. You’ll need to walk about a block. Overall, not disappointed with our stay. Few things to fix but would stay here again in a bigger room and higher floor.

The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. The only reason it didn’t get a five star was because the bed was uncomfortable and hard. Best breakfast ever!! Highly recommend. Great location as well.
