"A lovely location. Excellent staff and amenities. The room was classed as ‘Superior Twin’ with only one chair and I found the room and bathroom in my opinion to be claustrophobic.
All room doors are heavy and therefore I was considerate to control the closing to prevent noise. Unfortunately many other residents did not think the same so very noisy on entering and leaving room. A store room was next to my room and the cleaning staff held many a loud chat with each other in that room."
"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food for everyone. Room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again."
"Very central spot, in an excellent location in Edinburgh. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Furniture and furnishings a bit tired in the room and good use a refresh. Overall a lovely stay."

"This is a lovely hotel. Room was spacious and well designed. Really comfortable bed. But it was absolutely boiling! Air con was totally useless. Had a terrible nights sleep as a result of feeling like a baked potato all night!"
