The Astoria Playa Hotel remains the best hotel in Majorca with great staff members, food is second to none with excellent beer and wine to choose from. To say will you be back soon ? it's a no brainier. Good luck to all the staff for the rest of this season and for the future.
Travelled solo for the first time. All staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel feels safe, is very modern, all areas immaculate. Rooms are very quiet, spacious and modern. The free welcome glass of fizz is very much appreciated on arrival, with an alternative being offered if you don’t drink alcohol. The first thing that you notice when walking into the lobby is the gorgeous smell, followed by the greeting of very friendly reception staff. This is my second visit and the only downfall I could find was that the choice of food during evening meals seemed much more limited that last year. I had no problem finding something but unfortunately the standard during this visit just didn’t compare to last year. Having said that it was much busier this time round which understandably may have had an impact. I would certainly return again.
It was our third visit and hope to return next year , staff make you feel very welcome evening entertainment and food also very good.
The level of cleanliness was good and standard and choice of food fantastic but overall it’s the staff that make this hotel....amazing!!
We have stayed at the Astoria Playa hotel several times and once again this amazing hotel and its fantastic staff maintained their top quality hospitality. There is a friendly, welcoming and professional staff culture - many thanks especially go to Sanaa, Isabelle (our waitress) and the incredible Antonio “fantastico” chef ... unfortunately we do not know the names of other great staff but what a credit they all are to the hotel. The rooms,cleanliness, food and entertainment were also outstanding. We would recommend this hotel which rightly deserves its first place feedback in Port D’Alcudia- we hope to return again next October.
