"What a peaceful place to stay during our time in the Oxford area! We really enjoyed the countryside views and early morning visits from the deer and rabbits. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Please note that you will need to drive by car between the farm and Oxford city center. The location can be confusing for taxi drivers."

"Stayed here to go to a concert at Blenheim Palace.
The room was beautiful, the food (dinner and breakfast) were fantastic and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
A really, really lovely country pub/restaurant. Was very impressed and would 100% stay here again.
We were also able to get an Uber to Blenheim and back again which meant we were both able to have a drink and enjoy ourselves. "
"Excellent service for breakfast & hotel manageress. Very helpful & effecient.
Only issue was lighting in room. Bright overhead light & dim bed lights made it very difficult to read. "
"Nice room. Comfortable bed. Both kettle and coffee maker available with biscuits! Bottled water in fridge. Quiet and great location on main high street. Plenty of parking. Staff polite, friendly and helpful."
"Perfect location for a concert in Blenheim. The flat was lovely really enjoyed it. Couple of things , stair carpet needs to be fixed coming out of bedroom , trip risk.Could have done with some fans , very very hot!!!!Gorgeous period features and nice soft furnishings.Be warned there are lots of stairs, not for the elderly or with small children."
"I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford.
The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. "
"We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. You won't need to use the excellent kitchen in the suite as there are plenty of nice places to eat. If going into Oxford, use the Peartree park and ride, 5.00 for two people! We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and recommend Yew Tree House wholeheartedly."
Step back in time and learn more about local history with a stop at J.R.R. Tolkien's Grave in Oxford. While you're in the area, stroll along the riverfront.
