Super nice and helping front desk staffs. Clean and roomy . 10mins walk to TPE main station and MRT or so. We enjoyed stay in this hotel, if you travel light or be able to handle your luggages , you don’t want to miss this hotel.

Great location in Taipei

The hotel is a great lovation, useful for sightseeing and we were able to walk to stations and parks etc. The reception staff were really friendly and helped us book a restaurant, this was so helpful!

I enjoyed my stay at Via Hotel Taipei station as a solo female tourist. It was my first time in an Asian country and I felt very safe and welcome here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, well equipped and my bed was comfortable. The location is great as very close to NTU hospital station (10 min slow walk).

Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel perks of free 24h snack & beverage bar, free laundry machine, and massage chairs were awesome. Also a neck massager in our room too! One note - is we paid extra to chose a room with a window, but the reality is the window let in no light as it was 2 ft from the next building and actually just resulted in a little street noise. Next time I’d choose a windowless room.

Free soft serve ice cream! Also was allowed to check in a couple of hours early. Staff is very helpful with bags. They held bags for us as we had a late flight so we could explore the city on our last day unencumbered.
