Really nice staff and very clean rooms. The hotel at first glance does look dated however was very clean and had everything you needed. There are many place to eat and a big shopping area just 10minutes walk away (Syntrend). The closest train station is about a 10 minute walk as well.

Wonderful little hotel with outstandingly friendly service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The hotels is within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and the MRT metro. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Great value for the money and a true find in the heart of Taipei.

The property is very well kept and the breakfast each morning was very presented in a buffet style with excellent and tasty Taiwanese fare. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was. EVERYONE was very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet varied with a few constants, like the nicely done scrambled eggs. It was my second stay, and if I have a chance, I’ll gladly stay for a third time.

My family was happy to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very helpful and can answer all your questions. There are bus stops at the front of the hotel. Train stations are nearby but it takes some walk.

We would suggest to get a day pass to roam the city. There is lot of free snacks provided with the stay. Breakfast was good. Being a Expedia gold member I was given only 1 hr extra for check out and was not offered any room upgrade.
