Well This is a big surprise to receive a review like this when 95% of our guests rate us very clean and great place to stay???We are not a hotel and if Expedia state we are then they have changed our category and if we were a hotel our prices would be twice as much.I would suggest you read WEB sites prior to booking as our site states towels are supplied at an extra cost. (Some guests have been known to taking them on departure) Soap dispensers are in each bathroom and all our linen is sent to a professional Laundry in town everyday to be washed and ironed. All towels are also so not sure how you can state they were smelly?? We can supply toiletries also if requested but our price is a lot lower than our counterparts so that people do not pay twice as much to stay with us.You obviously booked the lowest price to get a bargin deal. And expected all the trimmings that one gets at a 5 star hotel.I suggest you dig deeper into your pocket and get the gorse out next time, Pay for the top deal to get what you want MATEAs for rooms being stuffy that again is an understatement as the skylights open for air and at this time of the year it is hot in any place one stays and I personally have stayed in big high rise hotels with no windows At least you had a skylight to look out and there was a fan in your room for air circulation. I find your review very untrue and obviously you have plenty of time on your hands to sit and complain over a trivial bit of overexaggerated bull that could have been sorted if you had pointed it out on site so we could have seen for ourselves if anything you stated was true.

So sorry you had noise We do have a manager on site so not sure why you could not have reported the noise after 10pm?? After all some people do get a little bit talkative at times and if you read our profile the Ensuite has a kitchenette and a communal cooking kitchen. Maybe next time dig deeper into your pocket and pay more for a private motel.Thankyou for your commentRegards

I am sorry you experienced noise. As I stated I was fully booked with car racing teams and you could not get any accommodation in Town and due to a cancellation you managed to book the ensuite. You were well aware of this and you stated you were only here for one night. I do not screen my guests prior to arrival. Maybe I should have screened you, Ken?? I was on site and did hear talking until about midnight, but it was not overly loud. I did warn you that we were fully booked with car racing Teams and the ensuite you were in was to be there's too but when I got the cancellation you got in before I could allocate to them.Hope you have a good life Ken complaining as I am very aware of your name.

If we have a loud group in this does happen sometimes but we also have stayed in places and heard others from our room. I am sorry this was a problem for you after all it is communal complex, and you pay accordinglyWe do try to control the noisy ones as it does happen from to time. So sorry

Thank you we try to keep costs down as most only want a comfortable bed to sleep in. Our web site does state communal. Sky would put costs up and most wish to to enjoy the sites of our lovely CO region than sit a watch TV. Do come back and visit us

This guest was emailed with a polite email asking approx arrival time to which no reply was received. Hence 10.30 at night and still no response most who don't have 24 hour service would be a little annoyed. Then to top it off the guest booked for 2 people but had two others with her a 15 and 11 yr old who stayed on boxing day for less than $35.00 per person?? Great place to get cheap accommodation???
