"I can’t say enough good things about this resort. Villas were clean & had all the amenities including washer & dryer which was great! The staff was so helpful & welcoming! Close to many parks! The only thing was the waterpark is not included for regular guests & you have to pay $25 to get in if you’re not a timeshare member. Everything else will still bring us back!"

"It was the little details that are small but at these prices matter. 2 examples: There was no available parking but still a $45 per night fee. They encourage you to not have daily housekeeping which we agreed but when we asked for additional coffee and water it was promised but never delivered. Overall the beds were comfy, the room was clean, the balcony room with view of the resort was great. This hotel is in a great location with easy transportation to most Disney parks."

"We reserved a 4 bedroom suite and had 9 people in our party. There was 1 sleeper couch/sectional in the entire suite. It was in terrible condition. One side you could not sit comfortably because the back of the cushion was sunken down, and it was stained. We were given 12 bath towels for a 5 day stay and were told we would have to wash them ourselves or be charged for clean ones. I did not come on vacation to do the hotels laundry! The entire suite was very, very outdated and smelled musty the minute we entered. We had to go buy a couple candles to help with the odor. The dishwasher detergent compartment was broken and the dishes on the top rack wouldn't get clean. The website claims "free shuttle" to and from the Disney parks. Ha! Only if you are ok with the ONE time in the morning and ONE time at night that it runs. When we checked in a gentleman that was telling about the "amenities" then tried to pressure us into buying a "vacation deal package". The same gentleman called the room on checkout day to "see how our stay was". When I started telling him he basically said I'd have to talk to a manager about that, then proceeded to try to get me to listen to yet another "vacation package" we could buy. Very off-putting!! The pool area was pretty good. The evening bartender could try to assist people a little faster. We waited at the bar for several minutes and there was only 1 other customer he was helping at the time, who only ordered 2 drinks. We wouldn't stay here again."
