"A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage."

"A truly excellent and charming location. A charming, independent garden outside with a fire pit, table, and chairs. The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted. We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. This is a straightforward, no-frills property with the essential amenities, and it met our expectations. We stayed at this wonderful hotel in June 2016 while doing the Coast Path walk. It is a restored group of farm buildings in a beautiful English village setting on the edge of Instow. We had the family room which consists of a double room with a super King size bed and two smaller single rooms. The bathroom was large with a nice big bath, just the ticket when doing the walk!
