"Stopped here overnight whilst walking the South West Coast Path. Very clean and comfortable room with everything I needed after 16 miles of walking and ahead of 20 miles the next day! Lovely period hotel, fabulous sash windows, high ceiling, warm and cosy room, really nice feel to the place. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Extensive breakfast menu, all cooked to order. I had a delicious vegetarian breakfast. Would highly recommend. "

"Fabulous hosts, couldn't do enough for us and our family of little dogs, very welcoming and homely. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. Breakfast room is delightful, along with the choice of food. Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious and comfortable 'huge' beds and fluffy warm duvets. The walled terrace area is excellent for outside dog security with lovely views and peaceful surroundings. "Lovely property ideally located in Coome Martin. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely gardens with outside pool. Dave and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and nothing is too much trouble. We had a great time staying there and is an ideal base to explore Devon! Parking is a little tricky on a bit of an upslope but there are plenty of spaces available. We will be back again when in Devon."
