"As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great views over the countryside and 5 minutes in the car to the coastline of Bude. Apartment was very comfortable with luxury fittings (loved the sparkly bathroom!!!!). Real attention to detail from the owners to the point that they text to say we could turn up earlier than planned, as the cleaning was complete. They also texted directions and road conditions, and gave us snacks for the journey home! Having read the visitors book there have been many return...

"From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge. Breakfast was covered from full English, continental, fruit & yogurt, toast to mention just a few items on offer to cater for all, Big shout out to Mike who was always at hand to apiece any of requests. Overall, can’t wait to return, with my wife already looking at dates for September "
