Wonderful hotel, cant recommend highly enough. Great location on the south west coast path.
They offer a packed lunch for the next day which is definitely needed for the walk from Hartland way to Bude!
Absolutely stunning scenery. Excellent real ale and good pub group with very reasonable prices. Good breakfast, lovely staff and wonderful value for money
A great stay. All people ère very nice and doing all so that that we had a nice stay.
The room was clean and quiet . The beds perfects
Finally dinner and breakfast were great as well
Lovely hotel located in the most stunning natural scenery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely little gem on the coast, with beautiful walks on the doorstep .
Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Home made Jams at breakfast were amazing.
Property is located next to hart land Quay beach, which is special rock formations. Property is old and simple, but great location, museum with alot of history on property. Recommend this property due to its special location. Restaurant was good home style food and nice attentive staff.

Quaint , dramatic setting, something out of a smuggler novel.
Food and drinks selection very good, staff friendly and helpful.
Recommend if you’re after something unique 👍
Stunning location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable bedrooms. Excellent Breakfast. Because of large numbers catered for, especially during summer months, food is kept simple. Its pub grub, well cooked and presented but not exciting. Beer well kept. Would highly recommend.
We stayed one night in 4 persons room (3 of us), we also had dinner in the restaurant. Food was great and service was excellent.
The place is in a spectacular location and offers incredible views on the quay. We enjoyed a couple of drinks while watching a wonderful sunset- couldnt wish for more dreamy end to a day of walking on SWCP!
The room we had was good, although we only had 2 small bottles of water, 2 towels and only 1 pack of small treats. Not a big deal, and I'm sure we couldve asked for additional, but we were too tired after a day of walking.
The Hartland Quay is a really quirky property. The location is absolutely stunning! The dramatic seascapes are almost part of the decor! My room was comfortable, really clean and had everything I needed. I had dinner in the pub that is part of the hotel. The food was really good and the staff excellent. Breakfast was really good too….especially the home made raspberry jam….made with real raspberries and there were bits of real raspberry in it!!! I really enjoyed my stay, staff were lovely and helpful. Will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Truly great break even if it was just for one night.
Although not a busy night because of the storm and it being winter we enjoyed the hospitality, food, chatter and general ambience.
We have tried to book a night at the hotel over the years but with no luck. We were so lucky to see first hand Storm Isha from the comfort of the hotel. Definitely will be back.
This was our gem of a find while searching for places to stay during our recent holiday. We were planning on staying somewhere else a fair distance away until we saw the image for this hotel. When they say its on the cliff, it literally is that close and the views are incredible! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has a restaurant and bar downstairs as there arent a lot of places nearby. Lots of parking available, overnight parking is for the hotel guests only, so no problems with parking! Would definitely come back here.

The hotel is in a beautiful location directly adjacent the sea and the views are outstanding. We were running very late the day of check in and staff stayed until after 10 pm to provide us the room key. The room was very clean and had all expected amenities. The breakfast was very good and included continental and cooked options. Overall I wouldn't rate my stay as very good.

stunning location right on the beach. rooms are dated. and although room i had was sea view it is only if you stand up and look over roof of building in front. but was nice to hear the sea through the night. warning there is no mobile signal at all here. just hotel wifi which was ok most of the time.
