We really liked this hotel and the A/C in summer. The 2 ev chargers weren't mentioned beforehand so it was a nice suprise to be able to slow charge at the hotel. The app for the chargers is Smappee. Staff were great. The food was great. We'd stay again.

Another visit to The Park and it is still a great experience. The park view room was lovely. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The meals we had in the Seasons restaurant were perfectly cooked, nothing was too much trouble and the food was hot to the last mouthful. A great team of staff.

Nice Hotel

Lovely hotel, modern and comfortable. Only minor issue was that I booked a double room and was given a room with twin single beds. As I was only here for 1 night I didn't make a fuss. Bed was comfortable and room was great. Water escaped from the shower though drenching the bathroom floor! Could do with a better shower screen. Food was good and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Absolute fantastic! Beautiful modern room, spotlessly clean, air conditioning which was a life saver in the heatwave! Bed was so comfy. Staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous and nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend! Definitely be coming back!

I booked as it was a VIP property and was not briefed on the benefits or given free drink vouchers upon arrival. Kind staff. Noisy road next to the hotel but the room was good. The best part was the shower!

I booked for 2 persons - myself and my son, the room was not suitable for 2 persons. You literally are on top of each other in a very tight space and either one person will end up falling out the bed or you have to sleep tightly cuddled all night. The annexe should not be rated as a 4 star as it is not. I then had to pay for an upgrade at £30 per night. Ridiculous at such price per night!

I book this hotel on behalf of my dad regularly. It is almost faultless in terms of service, room comfort. He would recommend spending a little extra and staying in rooms in the annexe area.
