"Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay. "The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...

"There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly.
