"Bay Cottage is just right for our stays when down visiting family nearby. Easy access to the beach, canal and town centre. Parking away from the main road, and safe. Sounds of the birds waking you in the morning confirms this oasis of peace, despite the town location. Large grounds giving plenty of space to walk your dogs last thing at night. Owners in easy reach and happy to sort any problems with a smile."

"Rural house a short distance off the main road serving the north coast of Cornwall (rugged and picturesque with some amazing beaches and port towns in short reach). Local pub did an amazing roast on Sunday and very friendly. Couldn’t fault the house, had everything we needed, very clean with various spaces (dinner table, lots of sofa space, conservatory and tables / chairs outside with a bbq). Loved the attic headroom. It’s a rural house and location, so if you don’t like being “away from it...

"The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. "Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to."

"If you found fault with this property you would be nitpicking. Perfectly located within easy walking distance to the beach, Coastal walks, and the town. Fabulous history associated with the Manor make it even more interesting. Simply loved it."

"Cheaper than most and fractionally dated in its decor but thats reflected in the price. Great value for money. Located so closely to Bude. The perfect base to come backbto each day in a quiet location. The main road is noisy but you font hear it from inside the property. Views from the back garden a beautiful (yes you can see the sea). Check in and out was super smooth too. No real bad points."

"Large accommodation, Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen . Quality bedding. Chris the host was very attentive with minor problems. Seating could do with updating, as its seen better days. Overall great location and great place to stay."

"A lovely spacious home with a great selection of toys for young children to play with. Slight downside was that it backed onto a busy main road so wasn't as peaceful as we would have hoped but it is well situated for days out. Showers looked great but had such bad water pressure that we were left disappointed. Aside from this the property had everything we needed."

"Everything with renting the property went very smoothly. The location and house are great with all the facilities you could wish for and brilliant views. If needed you don’t have to go anywhere due to location and for anyone who surfs or enjoys the sea, it’s brilliant"

"We all had an amazing week in this lovely house. Everything was very well laid out and plenty of everything - Utensils/plates etc., and the bonus of having all the ensuites made it so easy for us all. We hardly used the car with the house being so central to everywhere. Had a lovely meal in Rosies and Temple restaurant in the town and went bowling on a rainy day. Would definitely recommend and all the children said they want to rebook for next Easter!"

"Greatly enjoyed my stay The Corn Store. The apartment was spotless and every small detail had been thought of; it was incredibly cosy and comfortable. The beautiful views and log fire were such a treat. Riki was amazing and had provided so much detailed information on the area. I essentially worked my way through a list of her recommendations and had great fun exploring nearby towns and coastal walks.
