"Good night sleep. Bed was comfortable however sides of bed were slightly uncomfortable kept feeling like was going to fall off. Service was great, room was quiet and they have TVs with YouTube and Netflix on, did not have breakfast it would come to this hotel again. Shower was big but door fell off. Managed to fix it, water pressure and temperature could be better. Was lovely and warm In the room and had loads of towels. "

"Was greeted with a very warm welcome and was informed about the facility at the place ( unlimited tea/coffee, shared living room, how to use the key to get in ( front door) options of places to eat and supermarket up the road) was guided to my room and asked when I was thinking off having breakfast. I had booked the single room, the bed was comfy and clean, there was a very small on suit with a small shower, sink and toilet. Room had a large wardrobe, good size tv, a chair and two small tables....

"Grand is a very apt name for the hotel, all areas immaculate with spacious high cieling rooms and attentive staff. The only area lacking was breakfast, my Hash Brown benedict had very dried bacon, overcooked egg and you could tell the sauce had been left exposed on the hot plate too long. I'd therefore give 9.5/10 overall. "
