"Very nice hotel. But does not provide washcloths, tissue boxes and the hairdryer didn’t work but did not know that until the morning we left at 3:00am to catch an early flight."

"Breakfast was nice Bed was rock solid, most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in Room was too hot and couldn’t switch off the heat or turn below 18 Shower pressure was rubbish and either too hot or icy cold EV chargers didn’t work "

"Hotel very convenient for bus station and entertainment venues such as the Pavilion, the Royal concert Hall, and the Theatre Royal. Enjoyed the quirky decor and the appearance of the hotel inside. Staff were helpful at check-in and in the bar.The room would have benefited from having tea making facilities in it, and there wasn’t even a plastic cup to be able to have a drink of water, so I feel that could’ve been improved."
