"We stayed in several hotels in our travel to the UK. This was my favorite hotel because I loved my room. I heard NO noise from the elevators (even though I was very close), or any other people. I enjoyed having a little kitchenette. While I didn't cook, I did store things in the refrigerator. I give the hotel 5 stars because of everything BUT the bed. The pillows were good, but the bed... Yeah it's 2 twins pushed together and you KNOW it when you feel the lump in the middle. It was my only complaint. Word of warning: The area is centrally located and convenient to the subway and the train station. However, with that convenience comes a sometimes unsavory element. I suggest you carry minimum valuables and be diligent about your surroundings."

"The staff was amazing, super friendly. They were happy to store my luggage as I had a later departure time after I had checked out. The only reason they got a 4 star is that the room i was put in was so small and did not have a window. You should confirm this if you have a tendency to feel claustrophobic. "

"I had no interaction with any staff. I did online check-in. When the room is ready, a code is sent by email gave access to keys, which was about 90mins prior to the official check-in time of 3pm. It is a very effective and efficient process, which is definitely a bonus if it is busy at reception. The hotel is very modern and is super clean. The decor and furnishings are finished to a high standard. I never had breakfast and used express checkout. There are staff at reception if needed. I would definitely stay here again."
