Absolutely loved this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station and right by the main shopping streets. The room was very well equipped, and the complimentary minibar was also impressively well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable rooms, nicely decorated and furnished. Stocked mini bar included. Rooms for two only, so if you’re traveling as a family, this may not meet your needs. This hotel is located in the heart of the Glasgow shopping area and easily walkable. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the room makeover. The bed was very comfortable and we loved that a light near your feet would come on when you get out of bed at night. Also the air conditioner was quiet, no clunking noises and effortless control.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and the lighting is great with low lights activated by movements during the night. An excellent addition. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed in the centre of the city on the doorstep of shops and bars/restaurants so this is ideal for visitors to the city.
