Brilliant location 5 min walk up Bath Street hotel Room big tv bathroom super barn door big walk in shower breakfast was very good even a waffle machine and plenty to choose from would give the staff 10 out of 10 very helpful and happy no matter how busy thought the gym was really good modern gym exercise things

The staff were fanstastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, with good selection of hot and cold items. The room was poor, the heating didnt work (the staff helped and provided a small fan heater), two of the lights in the room didnt work, the walls were stained, and the desk chair also had horrible brown stains. I dont think I would stay here again. Sorry.

The hotel staff were excellent as there was a mistake with our booking They changed our room with no problem Breakfast was really book good and again staff were so helpful Only think has was a slight problem couldn’t not get our shower to run hot water and it was more dripping than a shower reported to staff will get fixed

This is a great hotel in a great location..handy for the centre, the Concert Hall, Sauchiehall Street & Buchanan Galleries and is an easy 10 minute walk from Buchanan Bus Station. The staff were lovely, our room was nice and the included breakfast was great with plenty choice.
