"Great location for Kelvingrove Bandstand and the museum. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Theres a lift! Rooms are perfectly adequate. Only concern is the bath is not brilliantly accessible, if you have minor mobility issues and if you're not particularly tall, you cant see in the mirror! The bedroom mirror is obscured by the large tv. A full length mirror would have been useful too. Theres space on the walls for one. Lots of pubsxand restaurants around. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment."

"An extremely helpful and friendly restaurant manager helped us and young child get a meal fast in the fully booked restaurant after we informed her of our early flight. It was much appreciated."

"Beds were very comfortable. The family room was a bit tight for three people including a 6ft 7in male. When we returned we upgraded to an executive room which was better for them. Food was fine. The best part of our stay was the staff who went over and above to facilitate our requests."
