Ideal location right next to Glasgow Central station and only a 10 min walk away from Queen Street. The perfect base to explore the city centre and Scotland more generally using the excellent rail and public transport links. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Glasgow.

Great price, great location. Modern look with super simple check in and out. Staff are available at the front if needed but all can be done on the tablets in the lobby. There's a bar, restaurant and bowling alley upstairs. Right across from train station, subway.

Check in and out very easy, nice staff. Room was a decent size with good amenities (mini fridge, iron ironing board, hairdryer etc) good quality shower. Good WiFi. Tv not a smart tv but it has a chrome cast feature so there’s that option too. Room cleanliness was okay, could have been doing with a dust and the bin being emptied prior to arrival. Staining on the carpeted areas. Good location for anyone visiting as tourists. Busy area but good quality soundproofing. Rooftop bar was nice.

The stay was overall average. Location was very good, gym was great but the room was quite outdated and cramped. But the thing that really brought the stay down was the wifi. It was truly dreadful. We couldn’t stream anything on tv. It really ruined our time at the hotel.

We were disappointed in how basic our Premier Queen room was. The room was clean and modern. However there was no facilty to make tea or coffee, no water in the room, little space and we didn't realise that we had to jig around under the ceiling sensor to keep the power on! In any case the lighting was very poor. I imagine the lack of space would make it dangerous to use a kettle.
