"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"

"Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room was much smaller than pictured. I’ve slept on airport floors that were smelled better and were more comfortable. Moved to another hotel after first night. It’s a shame as the location is great and the issues could be fixed with a decent mattress and some carpet fresh. "

"The restroom door handle was broken and we were not able to close and lock the door. Same for toilet paper handle. WiFi works only first day. "

"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "
