Alice at check in was great, really helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is perfectly located for Disney, with their shuttle service being a huge benefit. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel, with excellent facilities, staff most helpful, only down-side was communicating with reception staff, more fluent in English would be beneficial...free shuttle to financial centre 8am to 8.30am. Would highly recommend executive floor all day refreshments, breakfast and fabulous views. Room was spotless and had all necessay facilities...taxis were available all hours, the metro and buses within walking distance. Several restaurants on site, as is a well stocked convenience...

Hotel is very convenient by subway or maglev from Pudong Airport. It was also easy to get to Nanjing Rd. The breakfast was good as was the WIFI. The large shopping centre across the road had a few restaurant options. It was nice to upgraded to a larger room with 2 double beds and plenty of room.
