(the staff may have some concerns with their safety) The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs. "The staff were incredibly lovely and happy to help and explain anything we needed. The balcony looked out into the street, there was a nightclub across the road which was great for some music whilst out on the balcony. Once the sound proof doors were closed, we both had a great nights sleep with almost no sound coming through. The cafe below had lovely coffee and a lot of gluten free options. The GF bagel that I had was amazing. Heaps of carpark options around and the train station and malls within a quick walk. Will absolutely be returning. "

"The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful across every area, the front desk, bar, and restaurant. Each person greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless and comfortably spacious for a solo stay. If you have the chance, I highly recommend ordering the breakfast. The selection is excellent, with both hot and cold options to suit every taste. It’s best to purchase it at check-in, as the price is more favorable than buying it later. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommended. "
