Great location , easy walking distance from Perth Station and down to Elizabeth Quay. Free CAT Bus from right outside the hotel too. Great rooms, great bar and great cafe.

Really great property but there needs to be more promotion as to the amenities. I was t aware there was a gym the first time we stayed there, only saw it listed on the wall when we went for breakfast. I also didn’t know there was an Italian restaurant which we would have looked at. Overall the property is really nice and comfortable. The only negative from our most recent stay was a plumbing issue which meant we had no water pressure to shower.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located right in the centre of the city. The staff were excellent. My personal problem was that the decor and lighting in my room and the corridors were so dark I had great difficulty in reading. When I was filling up my cup to make tea, invariably it spilled over as I couldn’t see the level. Although initially, the impression was really positive, it would seem that the architect/interior designer had gone for looks rather than practicality.
