as soon as you enter you are greeted with such a beautiful smell in the air. Reception was more than helpful our room was clean and spotless air con on. Breakfast was delicious staff there were awesome, very friendly. Overall would definitely stay again. Great spot to stay in the city and very close to the Rac Areana. AAA+++

We loved our stay at The Adnate Art Series! It was clean, safe and the breakfast in the morning was Amazing! We were on the 24th floor and had a two double beds as there was my husband, myself and our 10year old son! We could walk every where from the hotel as it’s in a great location! Room had a beautiful view of the city too! Highly recommended!!!

Good location in Hay St - staff friendly and helpful, although some more communication during and after the emergency evacuation that took place during our stay would be an area for improvement. Nonetheless we were happy otherwise and loved the restaurant - just wish the weather had been nice enough to swim in the lovely pool!

Great city stay.

The room was comfortable and the views amazing. The artwork around the hotel and in room is incredible and my kids loved the pool. Fantastic location for a variety of great restaurants.
