the only negative for this hotel which I have stayed in before, was this morning we checked out, the lady behind the desk made a point in a tone that they do not do cash for the holding bond! You were given this as an exception. I found this to be degrading as CASH is still MONEY!! Instead of using a credit card this time for the bond as such - $100 which we then have to wait for it to be returned in how many business days, we gave $200 cash so we can receive it straight back.

Loved our stay, a courtesy text prior to our visit was a lovely touch, staff when we checked in were friendly and chatty, and the warm, gooey cookie was delicious!!!
