We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us. Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth.

This would be perfect if the rooms were sound proof like they advertise but they are not there is no sound proofing and u can hear people in the rooms next to you loud and clear

location is excellent. the whole building is fantastic with views to die for from the bedroom, the bed and pillows were so comfy and along with the block out blinds we had a fantastic sleep. Will be back soon.

The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.

Wonderful hotel experience - Great location. Staff were amazing. Room was beautiful in size & layout, but shame about the quality of the window furnishings - apart from being dirty & damaged, their quality does not appear to be aligned with quality standards you would expect at the Ritz-Carlton.
