"We have stayed at Oxford Suites many times. It’s a nice hotel in a good location. However, we were a little disappointed on this trip. Our bed sheets were on sideways so the fitted sheet came off the mattress in the middle of the night. They did replace and fix the bedding the next morning. The mattress itself was the worst I’ve ever slept on. It was so old and sunk in the middle. We didn’t get much sleep the 3 nights we were there and had terrible back ache. The breakfast food is terrible. The staff are very nice and friendly. I’m not sure if we will return there on our annual visit to Pismo."

Our room had upper windows on opposite sides of the room that created a cross breeze; we loved the fresh cool air and only used the air conditioning once. Breakfast is not extensive but our trip included 5 hotels and this one had the very best lobby coffee and a delicious blueberry danish. 😋 Cynthia at the front desk also helped us find all the wine tasting establishments in town and BOGOs."
