This is a very quaint property with excellent staff that shows genuine interest in the quality of your stay. The proximity to the warf, shopping, and restaurants is exactly what we needed for this trip.

Great location, you can walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and the wharf. Only downside is no AC, but windows do open wide to allow airflow. Loved how water dispensers were available in the lobby and our floor. Front desk staff was always kind and helpful.

Really liked the property as it was a terrific historical hotel. Proximity to things we enjoy was great. It is an old hotel and sleeping with windows open in Sept was difficult due to traffic on the street throughout the night. That was the only challenge but expected as air conditioning is not needed in this area. However, we loved the hotel.

Great staff! Super welcoming, friendly, helpful and patient. We used the valet parking and it was quick and convenient. Downtown, so there's lots of choices for eating and 2.5 blocks from the wharf! The only downside was that none of the watercoolers around the property had water during our 3 days there.

Nicely located , a bit dated but friendly staff. No ac in room at all. Stains on carpet made us uncomfortable. Maintenance issues throughout property. But amazing staff. Front desk young woman when we checked in was absolutely amazing- a real credit to your business.
