Great place to stay on the coast, a block from the ocean and a 5 minute drive to the Hearst Castle. Clean comfortable room and a very helpful staff. The pool was refreshing and the sunsets were amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Loved it!

Definitely would stay there again! Loved the view, the beds were super comfortable, the rooms are so clean, the staff is very friendly and it’s right there in the middle of everything!

Of course, you can find a more luxurious place to stay, but Sea Breeze Inn is a great value for the money. Everything is clean, beds are comfortable and our room had a view of the ocean

Very nice staff. Maria was wonderful comfortable queen not too expensive. Great little ocean reel and I definitely will be back. I recommend it highly great location.

Needed a place to stay on a weeknight for a reasonable price. This was the spot. Friendly front desk and a nice large cleanly room.

Near the beach, can see part of the ocean from the room. No A/C but the ocean breeze in June had it cold enough to sleep. Pool had a deep end of 7 feet which was nice.

Not fancy. But Comfortable. Good location.

The staff member was pleasant. The property itself is dated but we felt comfortable with the kids. East walk to beach thru small trail just down the road.

One of the only hotels I would recommend in San Simeon. Always good service and comfortable clean rooms. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the best run hotels that I frequent several times a year.

I highly recommend this place for anyone. You will not regret staying here. In walking distance to the beach, fridge, microwave, very clean. The bed was off the chart w/comfort. A definite 5-STAR (Well worth a 10 star). I will definitely be booking here again.
