"The place was beautiful, simple and clean. The direct ocean view was breathtaking. The staff was great. The room was spacious and clean. It could definitely get an update with some minor things. The only thing to note is that to get there the road is pretty bad, it’s not the hotels fault but a heads up would be nice. The pool could be cleaner and the beach there and around was full of trash and it was heartbreaking. "

"The Bespoke was the perfect place for us to relax and disconnect for our stay! The apartment was well appointed and super spacious. The kitchen was well supplied for a vacation rental, which made it so easy to cook most of our meals. Located right on the beach, the beach area was clean and private, it never got too noisy or crowded and there were always available loungers. Location was superb, just be aware that the road off the highway is a dirt road and riddled with potholes! Otherwise the location was close to the ruins, supermarkets and the town of Tulum, great for a true getaway! "

"We've stayed here previously 15 years ago! It has been improved since we stayed last. The AC in the bedrooms kept them comfortable. The cooks did a fantastic job for us and the convenience of having breakfast and dinner cooked for us each day was fabulous. We will be back! "
