"Absolutely beautiful villa and beach. The casa was fully equipped & comfortable. The caretakers - Mari, Jose, Angeles & Zenaida were incredibly responsive to our every need! The pool was meticulously maintained & very entertaining to our grandkids especially on windy afternoons. Unfortunately, the sargassum on the beach was prevalent during our visit. Jose was hard working to clear the sargassum each morning, which was a near impossible task. However, we escaped to plenty of beautiful cenotes, Xel-Ha, Sian Ka’an & the Tulum Ruins during our visit. The kayaks were definitely great for paddling to the reef. "

"We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. "Absolutely perfect stay in Tulum in early Feb. House was perfect, not that we spent too much time inside other than to sleep. (Beds and linen were high end hotel quality).Fernando and Aza made sure the property was immaculate at all times. The Chef staff produced three amazing meals a day (as well as a snack). Out door dining was perfect for our 12 guests.Beach was beautiful and I specifically enjoyed the smaller beachside SHADED table so I could enjoy the view while saving my skin. Meanwhile my friends laid out and soaked in all the sun.Infrastructure in Tulum is a little hit or miss, so perfertly hot showers was not always a thing, but thats more Mexicos fault than the house/host/staff.Definitely felt like a luxury vacation and we enjoyed it much more than an "All Inclusive Resort" like we have been to in the past. Seaweed does wash up on the beach, but its not bad in February and it didn't distract from anything or smell. House staff will also clear it away depending on your preference (it is a never ending job though, but again, welcome to the east coast of mexico)"

"The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the preplanning of our trip as well as throughout our entire stay. She was easy to access and responsive. Barbara even helped us plan a small wedding/vow exchange on the property and connected us with some amazing people to help make our day magical in this beautiful location!The amenities were gorgeous, the view, the calm bay and BEAUTIFUL sand and well-kept beach for enjoyed by all!The staff were OUTSTANDING and just as hard to leave as the beautiful location. They were all so kind, accommodating and down right hard workers!!! We enjoyed the incredible food served by Manuel and the delicious bottomless drinks served by Loius. We appreciated the beautiful ladies that helped keep our space clean and tidy and were so helpful with getting clothes washed and pressed for our big day! They worked so hard to make the indoor space, the outdoor space and beach look simply flawless!!!This was a truly perfect vacation for our whole family!"

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "
