"We stayed at the Reef with a 10 and 13 year old boy. We loved having the full kitchen! The Reef was a bit of a walk to all the water slides and fun activities but it was a beautiful walk and it felt less crowded and more relaxing! The Reef beach was clam and the water was less choppy for my kids. The beach chairs were always available being that that are reserved for the Reef and Cove hotel guests only. The shuttle was a hit in the evening when the kids were too tired to walk. Overall it was an amazing vacation. We are already planning our next trip to Atlantis."

"The room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything we tried felt fresh and regularly replenished. The outdoor pool area was nice and had plenty of seating, but I personally didn’t use the pool much because the water felt too warm for my preference. The poolside seating itself was comfortable, although some loungers showed signs of wear. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with good service, but there are small areas that could be improved."
