"We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. Even during the hurricane they continued to serve excellent food throughout the day. The Managers all jumped in to help with housekeeping, cooking,serving and cleaning. Special mention for Rhodene who was wonderful. Always resolving issues with a smile. I will definitely return and I highly recommend Iberostar. "

The owners Shane and Terry ensured that all of the guests had cooked food daily, wifi to connect with our friends and families as well as to ensure that a generator was in place to give us AC at night so that we slept comfortably, although the situation was devastating we felt safe, big up yourself Shane, you are thr true definition of what it means to be resilient. You kept us calm and optimistic. Thank you for everything. We will return soon."
