Book a Hope Bay Cottage

"My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems. Upon arrival, everything about the property was excellent - great food, environment and service."

"This was a place booked last miniute for business trip. They went out of there way to ensure that my son did not miss his flight as he missed it the first check out day . He went back directly from the airport after the missed flight and they accomadated him. The security was sent to do the wake up call the next day. Security on property and reliable staff. Would definitely recommend this place."

"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I want to do (Dub Club; Pretty Close; Penfield Falls). "Enchanting! This is a beautiful unique property with stunning views and magnificent gardens - a real labour of Love. Staff are delightful, welcoming & helpful, the food fresh & delicious - we were extremely well looked after! Like other hotels & restaurants outside of Montego Bay & Kingston, advance booking is required for meal service but this was no bother to us. The villas are comfortable, well designed & built, authentic to their era which only adds to the charming, mystical atmosphere. A true slice of Heaven for nature lovers like us! Our mistake was to only book a few nights .... we will return every year if we can. "
