"Needs a house/villa number on the outside to identify you are at the correct villa. There was no mention of all the bedrooms being upstairs. This would not be a child or elderly friendly place to stay. The villa was hot when we arrived, guess we expected the AC to be on. We had no hot water the first night but finally figured out how to turn it on. The nonslip mat in the shower was falling apart & needs replaced. Something under the entrance door to prevent lizards from entering would be helpful, we saw 3 different ones inside the villa. The decor was nice. Host was helpful with directions & photos."

"Christian was AMAZING! He met us on our arrival and helped take our luggage to the Condo. He suggested place to dine, things to do and responded in a timely matter when we reached out to him. Beach access is a couple minute walk and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We will definitely return in several months. "

"When we arrived - the staff was so helpful to show us our room and how some things worked !! The hotel room was very nice and spacious! Big Bathroom and great bed! Very comfortable ! Nice area- great beach and lots of shops and restaurants plus the reception area was so helpful to get us a cab if needed. We loved St Martin!! "
