"Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back there, guaranteed. Hope this encourages.
