"Easy check in on arrival. We did have some problems regarding the shower head and mattress but once we let someone know it was quickly sorted! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance from train station and all of the major sites. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend to others."

"The entire experience was great. The accommodations were perfect and as advertised. The location was perfect for exploring all of Rome with short walks to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very helpful in everything from arranging pickup/drop off services to letting us check in a little early to allow our kids to clean up. My only feedback is that there were some light bulbs out within the apartment. It was fine for us but would have been nice to have some of the bulbs...

"There are many many hotel options in Rome, catering to all manner of budgets and vacation types. However, DG Prestige Rooms is the only one that has Maria, and that alone is reason enough to book here. I cannot stress enough how incredible she is - she doesn't speak English and I barely speak any Italian, but within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel I felt like I had found the Italian aunt that I didn't realize I was missing from my life, and she was a huge part of what made our trip so...

"Fantastic little hotel in a very central location. Cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The spa is lovely and included in your stay - just book when you arrive. We had a little room on the ground floor but it had everything you’d need for a few days. Reception staff can help with booking airport transfers if required and can recommend places to go and places to eat. I would definitely stay again. "

"I liked the style of the property but I could hear the neighbours and everything outside through the walls. There was no proper insulation. You need golf carts to take the vistors to their respective rooms especially if they are of old age and cannot walk the whole way. This should not be a privilige"
