Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. Shower door did not close properly so water leaked into bathroom. A/C never cooled to set level. Overall stay was good.

Everybody was very helpful and we felt very comfortable, even with a two month old. The room was very well-appointed and regularly serviced, and we would definitely return. The location was also excellent for a sightseeing trip.

When you first arrive, it’s hard to know where to check-in. The elevator was unreliable at times, so plan on using stairs without handrails in a dim stairwell. We had a jetted tub that was bigger than our bed! No coffee service was available, but centrally located to shopping and restaurants, as well as the subway. Taxis cannot drive up to the front, so you will have to walk a bit. Room was bright and clean, but could use a table.

excelent location!!! the staff was really helpfull, the room was kind of small but had everything, and a good view to Corso St. The shower did not have a place to put the soap an shampoo, which was kind of odd. Very near Spanish steps, shopping and dining options, we could walk everywhere, Trevi Fountain, Plaza Venezia, Plaza Navona, Spanish steps, and the metro station.

This was a lovely property with great location near the Spanish Steps. Cozy accommodation and a really nice jacuzzi. Very reasonable price. The minor issue was the strong smell of cigarettes even though it is prohibited to smoke in the property.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The attention to detail was noticeable in every interaction—from a smooth check-in process to thoughtful touches throughout my stay. It’s rare to encounter a team so genuinely committed to hospitality, and it made all the difference.

My partner and I loved our stay at San Carlo Suite. The location of this apartment is smack-bang in the center of Via del Corso, which was so close to everywhere we needed to go. There were bus stops nearby to help us get to the Colosseum rather than walking in the heat. Definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you, San Carlo Suite! :)

Clean but not super comfortable. This is not a traditional hotel and the building is not as luxurious as their website makes you think. It has basic needs and great location though.

The property was nice and clean! Easy to access too. The staff was really nice and very understandable, and I'll never forget how they helped us with our extra luggage for few days! It helped us a lot! The only thing that bothered us a bit, is the fact that we booked for 2 adults 1 toddler room, but we got only a double bed. It did not bother us a lot but it was the only stain in our stay.

Disliked: Amenities
The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was also small and not very nice. The TV had a lot of interference. The location was very good.I think it was expensive for what I got. I will give it a 7.

Enjoyable stay

Very convenient location to major Rome sites and attractions. On a picturesque street near many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Room was small and basic but served its purpose very well. Staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Standard hotel

Standard hotel with friendly staff and very central location. Make sure you do not get the rooms right next to the reception as there quite a lot of noise.
