Great value. Great location for high end shopping and excellent restaurants. Very very close to Spanish steps. Walkable to Colloseum, Vatican, Borghese gallery or can easily rent bike or scooter via Lime app, etc. Very close to subway which can take to colloseum stop or Roma Termini

Not a Hotel
Pros: Great location - across from Spanish Steps and all the shopping Cons: This is a suite in located inside a commercial building. You have to lug your own luggage to the 4th floor in an ancient elevator. No assistance provided. The reception is not staffed full time. To check in you get bombarded with texts from the hotel regarding your arrival time. Regardless, we needed only one thing from the hotel and that was help with a taxi to the airport. I made it clear that we wanted a regular taxi not private (which costs almost 30% more)/. Pia arranged for a huge van - completely unnecessary. We had to walk 5 min to where it was parked, again lugging our own bags. The driver wanted cash and a huge uncharge. When we told him that we were leaving the country and had none, he wanted to take us to an ATM. If I had known any of this, I would have called for my own taxi using the Free application. In short, other then location. There is nothing positive about this place. Its not a hotel. There are no amenities. Only a hustle. Do not recommend.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very accomodating to our needs, absolutely wonderful customer service from both Pia and Agostino. The room itself was very clean and was at a high standard. Will definitely be staying here when I return!!
