"The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. "5-Stars all around! A TRUE 5-Star Hotel! From all of their Staff, ranging from Front Reception to Door Service to their Wait Staff, they were ALWAYS nice, helpful, attentive and quick. They have a Michelin Star Restaurant at the Hotel, Batea. Stayed in room 311, Junior Suite, completely updated with high end finishes. Room was super quiet so noise was never an issue. and I could easily open a window to get a breeze. Perfect Location! Practically on the corner of Gran Via and Passeig de Gracia. Very easy to get a Taxi from there. 5-min walk to Casa Batlló. A 12 min walk to La Boqueria Market. Walking distance to everything within the Gothic Quarter. This is a MUST STAY place for EVERY possible reason!"
