Clean and convenient room. Not the biggest room and minimal in terms of the amenities but the staff is very helpful to provide everything you need. The location is excellent as you are in the heart of the city.

We had an excellent stay here during our 8 day stay in Barcelona. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. From the start on our walk in it was very hot out and they instantly greeted us with bottles of water. Had breakfast one day it was simple but very tasty. The 24 hour front desk service was amazing as we were out late exploring the city and they let us in with a smile every time no matter what time it was. The room was amazing, comfortable, clean and unlimited hot water. Our balcony along the street was perfect.

We stayed 4 nights, Andres one of the staff members at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, he helped us with room assignment instantly and gave us suggestions on how to navigate the metro and getting around the city. When we needed something he was always there to assist perfectly and professionally, such warm kindness, we would be back for the amazing service and lovely room with such a comfort!!!!

it is nice hotel but stacked in a place with lots of stores from Asia and Middle East. It is busy any time of the day. I would say it is not for everyone specially those with children. Room is spacious and simple but clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with giving directions to great restaurants and shopping areas. The room was extremely clean. The bathrooms were oversized and it was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of choice at breakfast. Free hot drinks afternoon/early evening. I really cannot fault the hotel itself. My only dislike was that the hotel was located right on the edge of a rough neighbourhood which left me feeling uncomfortable when outside. My advice on leaving the hotel is to turn right, not left!

George at front desk was a wonderful help to our travel party. Breakfast was consistently delicious and plentiful. Location was great - local neighbourhood dining options, as well as a short walk to La Rambla. General manager (whose name I did not learn) was also very helpful and pleasant.
