"The area was great but all communication with staff was done through WhatsApp. Slot of answers were “we don’t know “ basic stuff like “where is the closest ATM” or closest location for the hop on hop off bus. When being new in a different country having front desk assistant would have been great"

"The hotel was great, helpful staff, the spa facilities were great and the spa staff were very attentive and we had a lovely relaxing massage. Location wise, perfect for what we wanted, easy access from the airport via aerobus, everything was pretty much walkable and there are good transport options within easy reach. I would recommend this as a great place to stay, we would happily stay there again."
