A great little hotel at a reasonable price. It served me well for my attendance of the ISE Expo. The staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Wonderful hotel - great location close to both Gothic and l'Eixample. Beautiful design, very comfortable bed and pillows. If you are a 'breakfast' person - it's really worth to have it.

Personal service on arrival was excellent. She offered us a walking tour which was invaluable with a local guide who was excellent. Rooms were very modern. Lighting was automatic setup which took a little get used to. Rooms don’t have USB charging ports which would be a welcome addition. Location was superb, just off the Rambla and 20 min walk to Gothic Centre. Would recommend.

A beautiful clean hotel with friendly members of staff. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is great and in the centre of tourist attractions and the beach. A few suggestions for improvement. Shower gel and conditioner were provided but no shampoo. This would be a great addition. Coffee is provided but there are no spoons or stirrers. When I requested this from reception I was told it could not be provided. Overall a great hotel.

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable bed and clean. Terrific location and great staff. But. The room did not have as much usable space as the pictures suggest. There was no space for luggage. And no luggage racks. Much of the space was in a sort of awkward area a few steps down from the main part of the room. But the layout made it not useful. There is no place to sit other than the bed and one desk chair. The desk chair doesn't fit in the main part of the room. It just made it not worth it to pay for the larger more expensive room. Also a little weird to only have one regular coffee and one decaf coffee when there are 2 occupants. Overall we would stay again, but not without looking for better options first.

Do not stay here!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during the last 7 years. I have stayed in hotels that were modest and hotels that cost well over a thousand a night. Heck I have even stayed in 3 motels. Yet, this hotel was the worst, most traumatic experience ever. The experience was so bad that hotels.com had to step in on my behalf to deal with the issue, and from what I understand rebuked the manager for his unethical behavior and, again it is my understanding, have put the incident in the hotel’s file as a black mark. (I wish I can give you details but as I am still dealing with the issue I cannot.) So don’t be fooled by the photos this place—namely it’s manager—is hands down the most manipulative most abusive place I have ever stayed at.
